What you should know about Upper Hunter Regional Public Library
Our Home Library Service members can borrow items from any of the library’s lending collections including large print books, customary print books, audio visual materials (including audio books, Daisy readers, CD and DVD) magazines, and items in languages other than English. If you're looking for a room to retain your next community meeting, event or staff training sessions enquirer about booking one of our two meeting rooms or our seminar room at the Muswellbrook Library. Rooms are available to suit from four to eighty delegates. Audio visual equipment and kitchenette can be made available. The library has two insignificant meeting rooms available to be booked out during library opening hours by members of the public. These rooms each can sit up to four people. Bookings are essential for these rooms and any sporting groups, businesses, organizations etc must produce a certificate of currency. Rental includes access to a data projector and kitchenette upon request. This room can cater for bookings of up to 80 people seated. Customers are required to offer a Certificate of Currency upon booking. We believe that the modern library provides a community space with access to release services including loadable books, movies, music and magazines and technologies. Our branches donate many services to their members including children's services, research assistance and home delivery.

It's easy to get started with our books. There are two ways to access our books depending on the type of reader you are using. For ease of access Wheeler have created an app for Apple, Windows and Android devices. If the title is already on loan you will be given the option to reserve the title. Once loaned you will be given the option to read now or remain browsing to loan more items. Library members can now access our new digital magazine collection with a range of lifestyle, sport, automotive, and craft titles. Check out our range of databases available to assist you in your research or school work!! All freely accessible to library members. This is a huge tool for assignments for tall school and tertiary students.
